Jordan grew up in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, where he fell in love with the natural world. Having chosen to study Communication Design as a tool for initiating greater ecological and social awareness in the world, Jordan works to play an active role in bringing change to the ways we currently view and treat the environment and each other.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr Institute in Vancouver, Jordan has worked in the field for ten years. Jordan currently works at Communicopia, where he leads client relationships by advising, updating, and enhancing their web presence. Previously he worked at several environmental organizations, including the University of Colorado Environmental Center for two years. He currently lives in Vancouver and spends his time designing, exploring Canada's natural beauty, Swing dancing, and enjoying Vancouver on his new longboard.
Please excuse the simple website you are looking at. I've recently taken down my old portfolio site because I've been unable to edit it since 2005 (my laptop was stolen — and along with it the original Flash authoring files). Most of the projects on that site were student projects and don't necessarily reflect the organizations they reference, for example SPUD.
